Terrible ordering experienceAug 11, 2008
By C Merrell Soon after placing my order, I decided to cancel after changing my mind about wanting the product. I cancelled my order through Amazon and received a confirmation of this cancellation both from Pretty Party Place and Amazon (two seperate emails). One week later, I received an email from Pretty Party Place saying my order had shipped (even though they confirmed cancellation of my order). After numberous attempts to both email and call the company, there has been no response. The phone number just rings and rings and no emails I have sent have been replied to. Needless to say, if I am in search of a similar product in the future, I will NOT order from this company.
