It's good in coffee if used very sparingly. It doesn't produce the nice background cinnamon flavor that you would find in something like apple pie or snickerdoodle cookies. Instead, this has a bit more of the "red hot" candy type of flavor to it than the brown sugar and cinnamon flavored syrup (which Amazon does not carry, and it might even be discontinued).

This is the best cinnamon flavored syrup I have tasted. This is a multi-purposed product limited only by your creativity. The cinnamon flavor is intense with no undertone flavors or undesirable aftertastes-- a problem in some cinnamon syrup products. Cinnamon is one of life's greatest flavors and Torani delivers it with this syrup.

Amazon is by far the best place to by Torani syrup. 3 bottles for almost as cheap as 1 at most local places. As for the syrup, I have no complaints. They seem to be really the only one I will buy anymore.

If you like cinnamon gum or candy, you will probably like this. I add it to coffee and oatmeal to kick start my morning. I little goes a long way.
