 Poor packaging was doneApr 13, 2010
The fill air bags were empty in the box and one of the bottles broke open and leaked in the box. I have submitted packaging feedback as I did not receive all that I paid for due to the damage to one of the bottles. The bottles are plastic, so there was no fear of breaking, but the contents should have been packed better. How Amazon handles my feedback will depend if I ever order something like this from them again.

Other than the fact that one of the bottles was leaking, I give 5 stars for shipping & customer service alone....I ordered on Sunday(3/28) and it was waiting on my porch swing today(3/31) when I got home. Not sure how it was leaking though because the seal around the lid was intact and the seal under the lid was too. I called customer service and they couldn't send a replacement, instead they offered a refund of $6 for that bottle. Which means I only paid a little over $5 for the 2 bottles (with the 30% off).
I also give 5 stars for the syrup itself. Yum! It has true peach flavor without a nasty aftertaste and doesn't make the tea taste heavy like other flavorings do.

Coming from someone who lives in a place where ice tea rules, before ordering Torani's Peach Syrup, I read all the reviews. Once it arrived I tried it in Ice Tea, Lemonade, and was so excited when I added it to carbonated water and was able to create my own soda that tasted just great, so much better than the carbonated peach water I was buying from the stores. I enjoyed it each time. I am now sitting at the computer drinking the syrup and just plain old tap water and it is good. So I have a very versatile item. I can use one item to satisfy a multitude of tastes. I am now on my second order and had no problems with how my purchases were packaged. The first was a stand alone order and it was three bottles in a sealed pack, my second order came with packaged with a book I had ordered and it was in a sealed pack.
I plan to try some of the other flavors, am especially looking forward to trying the blood orange and mango flavors.

Makes the best Peach Ice TeaApr 17, 2009
I first tried the speach flavor when it was used to make a Peach Ice Tea at CPK . I asked the waitress what she used and was told it Torani. I immediately went out and bought a bottle for home. The syrup does not taste very well as a stand alone, but mix it in the tea and you have magic. I have also tried some in lemonade and was very impressed, it was a nice compliment to the sourness of the lemons. Best of all that the syrup is made with natural sugar and not fructose which is something I am trying to give up.

Like others who post on these flavors, I was looking for something that would even come close to the "Peach Tea" I had at the Maccaroni Grill. Using Lipton tea and this syrup... well... all I have to say is that I'll be getting more of this and perhaps the Mango as well. From an ice tea lover, this stuff works very well!!!
Packing was a non-issue since these are in plastic bottles, by the way.
